Business Development Executive responsible for the global payment development, negotiations, account services, and growth of Global Key Accounts.
Responsible for leading the business development efforts for our existing top global merchants in regards to the B2C payment solutions development, improving the current collaboration, or creating strategic partnerships on a global scale and across multiple markets.
• Serve merchant needs through identifying merchant problems, negotiating solutions, and building pipelines for merchant onboarding/problem resolution.
• Drive Payment and/or Marketing collaboration opportunities by aligning with internally, or with other Business Units to build product/fund flow solutions
• Become the client facing account owner that will coordinate Client Services, Payment Success, Product, and Marketing teams, etc. to facilitate effective payment services
• The ideal growth trajectory of the candidate will be one who is an efficient, professional, and contains an “eager to learn” attitude to assist with client pitches and negotiations. The individual should gradually evolve to be able to handle client pipelines independently and ultimately become an expert that can identify, build, and persuade key clients to drive strategic global cooperation.
• The candidate must be able to realize client value, drive measurable results to Ant International’s global growth, and improve Ant’s value/market share to the client. This should be undertaken through a fundamental understanding of Ant’s organizational structure, internal resource capabilities, and the industry of which assigned clients belongs to.
Ideal Candidate Strengths:
• Familiar with the business or payment operations of key industries that includes but are not limited to App markets, Digital Gaming, Online Streaming, Cross-Border E-commerce, OTA Travel, Overseas O2O platforms, Digital Tech Products/Services; The ideal candidate should be familiar or has comprehensive understanding/experience in one or more of the listed industries.
• Accustomed with Industry/Statistical Analysis, able to comprehend key opportunities through corporate publications, industry publications, or other information sources.
• Strong ability to work with and lead cross functional teams through leveraging the candidate’s own core business sense to determine the next correct course of action, the ability to negotiate/structure
• comprehensive deals, and sign complex multinational contracts.
• 5+ years of experience as a client facing sales role.
• Good at working in multi-cultural and multinational teams with a proven ability to manage internal expectations, interests, and complex relationships.
