What Youβll Do
As the Enterprise Sales Director at Splitit, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business partnerships with merchants and eCommerce platforms across various industries. You will leverage your sales expertise, industry knowledge, and consultative selling skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of Splitit's solutions and drive revenue growth.
β’ Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients. Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media, to generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline.
β’ Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and pain points of potential clients. Effectively articulate how Splitit's solutions can address their specific challenges and enhance their customer experience. Develop customized sales pitches and presentations that resonate with prospects.
β’ Solution Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, showcasing the benefits and features of Splitit's platform. Address any questions or concerns raised by potential clients and position Splitit as a trusted partner.
β’ Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with potential clients. Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution. Aim to exceed sales targets and quotas by effectively closing deals.
β’ Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the client organizations. Maintain regular communication to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support.
β’ Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation. Provide valuable insights from the field to inform product development and market strategies.
β’ Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments. Leverage this knowledge to position Splitit's offerings effectively and proactively identify new business opportunities.
Who You Are
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
β’ 5-10 years+ Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the BNPL, financial technology or payments industry.
β’ Proven experience in and knowledge of the Retail, Luxury Retail, Education, and Home Services space.
β’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Demonstrated ability to build relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.
β’ Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
β’ Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
β’ Willingness to travel as required to attend industry events and meet with clients.
Compensation: 300-350K+ OTE, uncapped commission, signing bonuses.
