Role description
Westlake Commercial, a division of Westlake Ace Hardware, is a commercial supplier serving business-to-business customers coast to coast. The eProcurement & Customer Integration Manager will execute eProcurement platform integrations for our customers using procurement applications with a specific focus on the property management and hospitality industries, collaborate with our integration partners, internal departments, customersβ billing and IT teams, and assist in the growth and scope of our current eProcurement and customer service strategy. As a vital member of the Westlake Commercial Operations team, the eProcurement Integration Manager will also assist in ongoing outreach to current and potential customers by supporting ongoing data projects within the commercial division.
Responsibilities
β’ Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process onto eprocurement portals (SAP Ariba, Yardi, Entrata, Avid, Coupa, Opstechnology, GEP Smart, Oracle, OpenInvoice, and Trancepta, among others) including planning, prioritization, and implementation
β’ Qualify new and existing customers with Digital Commerce system integration requests, which includes requirement gathering
β’ Lead partner integration and onboarding efforts with internal teams and customers
β’ Coordinate all aspects of the project, working closely with the customer, external partners, and internal project team to manage the onboarding process for solution portfolio (EDI, cXML, API, STFP, PunchOut, etc.)
β’ Organize and lead project meetings to review activities, establish deadlines, and deliver results within established deadlines
β’ Engage and communicate regularly with partners, customers, and implementation teams on project status and to answer questions regarding setup and configuration
β’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of internal and external customers and stakeholders
β’ Work with a wide range of partners and drive projects forward from start to finish
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the efficiency of solutions and maintain integration usage and sales volume
β’ Follow quality control processes for implementations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and adoption of solutions
β’ Interact with and support the system integration IT Team
β’ Provide product-related demos to customers and the sales team
β’ Explore ways to integrate Westlake Commercial eCommerce systems with B2B customersβ eProcurement solutions to create seamless transactions that drive efficiency for all
β’ Assist and execute to join state and university procurement platforms and the submission of RFPs, identify bid opportunities, and support the commercial sales team in these efforts
β’ Provide reporting, create and maintain roster of integration partners and project managers, provide regular updates to management and the commercial sales team, and establish SOP catalog for eprocurement efforts.
β’ Document all eprocurement activity on our CRM to ensure transparency among stakeholders
β’ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
β’ Technical understanding of eProcurement and integration technologies (Hosted and PunchOut catalogs, Order automation with EDI, cXML, API, STFP) and various applications such as Oracle, Yardi, Entrata, Opstechnology, SAP Ariba, GEP Smart, OpenInvoice, among others
β’ Familiarity with JDE, Omega, or Oracle ERP systems.
β’ 4-year college degree or equivalent; applicable work experience may be substituted for education requirements
β’ 5+ years of experience in EDI, eInvoicing, or customer integration roles
β’ Experience with price book management and catalog consistency across systems
β’ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
β’ Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and produce accurate project tracking
β’ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
β’ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
