Role description
We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand seeking a highly skilled and motivated Meta Ads Media Buyer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns, driving creative testing, and delivering actionable insights that shape our advertising strategy. You will play a key role in maximizing ROI and scaling performance across our digital acquisition efforts. Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns to achieve strong ROI and scalability. • Launch and test new creatives, while brainstorming innovative approaches to campaign growth. • Continuously analyze performance data to identify opportunities and trends. • Develop and implement strategies that maximize the efficiency of ad spend. • Collaborate with the creative team to align campaigns with business objectives. • Stay up to date with Meta Ads platform advancements (e.g., ASC+, surfscaling, manual bidding). • Deliver clear reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. • Work flexible hours, including weekends, to ensure performance across global time zones. Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in media buying or digital advertising. • Proven success managing high ad spend budgets ($300k+/month) with measurable results. • Strong analytical skills with a track record of optimizing campaigns for ROI. • Deep knowledge of Meta Ads platforms, features, and best practices. • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher). • Ability to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST) and adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Proactive, ambitious, and eager to take on larger responsibilities in the future. • Flexible and responsive under shifting priorities.
