Our cozy, joyful products help families create meaningful moments while teaching their children the Bible. We’re known for our premium pajamas featuring vibrant, scripture-based designs and have quickly become the leading name in Christian sleepwear. With exponential growth since launch and a loyal customer base, we’re now expanding our offerings to daywear and preparing for retail distribution across North America. We’re ready to take this brand to the next level—and we’re looking for a top-performing, ambitious, and motivated self-starter to lead the way. Position Summary We’re looking for a scrappy, highly skilled Marketing Manager who can fully own our marketing function—from strategy to execution. Perfect for someone hands-on who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a high-impact, faith-rooted brand. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll build and lead an in-house team while managing freelancers and agencies. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the full-funnel marketing strategy for DTC and wholesale growth o  Develop integrated annual and seasonal marketing plans aligned with business goals o  Lead campaign strategy, asset planning, execution calendars, and KPIs Organic Social Media Strategy & Execution o  Collaborate with our social media agency to lead day-to-day content ideation, creation, and publishing (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) o  Provide strategic guidance, edits, and approvals for a high-performing content calendar o  Shoot and edit content (reels, photos, videos); review, edit, and approve captions o  Monitor trends and performance to improve engagement and reach o  Cultivate a vibrant, faith-driven brand presence and manage community interactions Paid Media Strategy o  Develop and oversee paid media across Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube o  Manage performance marketing agencies, providing clear goals, feedback, and creative direction to maximize ROAS o  Direct creative testing, audience targeting, and funnel optimization o  Oversee creative testing, audience targeting, and funnel optimization with a data-driven approach Influencer and Ambassador Marketing o  Manage influencer marketing agency to source, negotiate, brief, and manage influencer partnerships o  Oversee performance tracking, optimization strategies, and development of scalable ambassador programs Email & SMS Marketing o  Direct email agency in planning, reviewing, and optimizing automated flows and one-off campaigns o  Provide strategic guidance, edits, and approvals for creative and copy for launches and promotions o  Oversee audience segmentation and A/B testing Collaborations, Partnerships & PR o  Pitch and secure partnerships with bloggers, YouTubers, and podcasts o  Lead brand collaborations with like-minded Christian or parenting brands o  Coordinate gifting programs and placements with Christian media outlets Creative Production o  Lead seasonal campaign shoots, sourcing creatives (photographers, videographers, stylists, models) o  Develop mood boards and shot lists aligned with each campaign’s faith-based message o  Direct styling, wardrobe, and visual merchandising needs Content & Graphic Design Oversight o  Direct creation of website banners, email assets, brochures, printed inserts, posters, digital ads o  Maintain brand consistency across creative touchpoints Web, CRO & Merchandising o  Optimize site structure, navigation, and merchandising o  Manage landing pages, collection pages, and homepage updates aligned with launches o  Analyze user behavior and conversion data to improve UX SEO & Blog Strategy o  Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices o  Plan blog content supporting organic growth and faith-based storytelling Tools & Platforms - Shopify - Faire (wholesale) - Google Analytics - Triple Whale, Northbeam - Hotjar - SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Trends - Klaviyo, Postscript - Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads - InfluencerHero, GRIN, Upfluence, LTK, Refersion - Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite - Notion, Slack What We’re Looking For ·        5+ years experience in fashion e-commerce marketing (children’s/lifestyle brands preferred) ·        Proven success in strategy and hands-on execution across major marketing channels ·        Deep understanding of Christian culture and Scripture, essential for authentic marketing ·        Experience sourcing and directing creatives ·        Passionate about brand-building and creating emotionally resonant campaigns ·        Excellent copywriting instincts and visual storytelling guidance ·        Strong leadership with potential to grow into a VP role ·        Experience managing freelancers, budgets, timelines, and campaign reporting ·        Familiarity with e-commerce marketing platforms/tools (see Tools & Platforms) Why You’ll Love Working Here - Join a mission-driven brand that puts faith and family first - Be part of a joyful, purpose-led team making global impact - Work directly with accomplished founders and learn from industry leaders - Autonomy to build and lead your marketing department - Competitive compensation - Opportunity to grow with a high-traction startup positioned for retail expansion If you think you're a good fit for the job, apply here in LinkedIn!
