About The Role And Team Joining the eBay Fashion team means you play a pivotal role in defining the shopping experience of tomorrow. What You Will Accomplish • Drive innovation and category growth by leading central initiatives and collaborating across departments. • Spearhead marketing campaigns and buyer activation strategies, ensuring an outstanding buying experience alongside the Site Merchandising team. • Develop strategic goals aligned with department objectives, communicating progress to partners, including Account Managers. • Analyze buyer experience data in collaboration with the Consumer Insights team to implement actionable improvements. • Optimize conversion through coordinated incentive calendars and partnerships with Marketing, and Global Seller Development. • Set up and implement a buyer dedication strategy to nurture and sustain strong top-buyer relationships. • Apply sales data and customer feedback to assess performance and develop a clear demand plan. • Lead segment-specific initiatives passionate about growing and innovating within the category. What You Will Bring • Demonstrated leadership background in central initiatives, fueling growth and encouraging innovation. • Expertise in marketing strategy and consumer insights, with the ability to translate data into actionable plans. • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across diverse teams, including marketing, account management, finance, customer service, and legal. • Analytical proficiency to assess performance metrics and build actionable strategies for demand planning. • Ability to lead cross-functional relationships and align buyer initiatives with broader business goals. • Deep understanding of conversion optimisation techniques and buyer dedication management strategies to elevate customer relationships.
