About the Role
You’ll work closely with the founder across all areas of the business, from digital strategy and e-commerce to logistics, events and marketing, making this an exciting opportunity for someone eager to have a meaningful impact on a growing fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
• Manage all digital marketing channels, including:
• Newsletter campaigns and flows (Klaviyo)
• Paid ads and performance reporting (Meta/Google)
• Influencer partnerships and seeding strategy
• Support the implementation of the marketing calendar and product launches
Customer Experience & Logistics
• Oversee customer service communications to ensure a best-in-class brand experience
• Liaise with our fulfilment centre to ensure smooth dispatch, inventory accuracy and logistics
• Build out internal systems to improve operational efficiency
E-commerce & Website
• Maintain Shopify store, including product uploads, copywriting, and merchandising
• Coordinate updates to product imagery and site UX
• Work on integrating AI tools to enhance the customer journey, reduce bounce rate, and improve conversion
Brand & Events
• Assist with the planning, logistics, and execution of brand shoots, retail pop-ups, and community events
• Help source venues, coordinate guest lists, and manage creative suppliers
Qualifications
• Proven experience in digital marketing (email, paid ads, influencer campaigns) with measurable results.
• Proficient in Shopify and e-commerce best practices.
• Strong copywriting skills with a luxury brand tone.
• Experience in customer service and operational logistics.
• Comfortable using analytics to optimise performance.
• Skilled at coordinating shoots, events, and suppliers.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and UX is a plus.
• Proactive, resourceful, and independent in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen interest in the fashion industry and start-ups.
