Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pleasanton, CA, for a Founding Content & Media Lead at Alhena.ai. We’re turning content into a revenue engine. Your mandate is to build the machine: editorial + distribution + analytics, so Sales has the right conversation with the right buyer every week. What you’ll do (outcomes over activity) • Ship a cadence that compounds: a monthly flagship (research, benchmark reports, case study etc), weekly articles, and daily distribution across email and social. • Build the system: contributor program across Sales/CX/Product; briefs, style guide, and repurposing playbooks (blog, Linkedin, email, webinar, enablement). • Own distribution: topic clusters, internal linking, partner syndication, and a pragmatic social plan that leaders will actually post. • Close the loop: implement content and pipeline attribution; co‑own a Sales & Marketing SLA for MQL/SQL volume and follow‑up. • Be AI‑native: use LLMs to accelerate research, outlines, and QA with human‑in‑the‑loop standards for originality, citations, and brand safety. • Make us the reference: customer interviews to narrative case studies, ROI calculators, and category POV. Qualifications • 1+ years in B2B content/editorial, ideally in SaaS, commerce, or CX. • Proof of pipeline impact from content. • Demonstrated AI workflow (prompt libraries, sourcing discipline, plagiarism checks). • Bonus: experience with Shopify ecosystems, retail operations, or PMM.
