Imagine Pokémon Go meets next-generation retail: users explore their cities, collect time-sensitive deals as NFTs, trade them in a gamified marketplace, and shop through voice, AR, and XR. We are now recruiting a visionary Chief Designer to join our founding team. This role goes beyond product design — it is about helping define a new category. You will shape the entire user journey from onboarding to spatial play, build a design system that scales across Web3 and XR, and help craft a global brand that is both iconic and fun. What You Will Own • Full-Stack Product Design: Define the UX/UI for our AR-powered mobile app, gamified deal flow, token-based marketplace, and future XR upgrades. • Web3 and Marketplace UX: Create frictionless flows for wallet connection, deal ownership, and NFT trading. Ensure tokenomics are intuitive, rewarding, and user-friendly. • Spatial and XR Interaction Design: Lead the design of AR overlays, collectible interfaces, and multiplayer visibility. Develop foundations for future migration to smart glasses and wearables. • MVP Development Support: Work closely with the CTO and product team to translate designs into front-end experiences. Familiarity with 8th Wall, Unity, and XR frameworks is essential. • Funding and Promotional Assets: Design our public-facing and investor-facing website (Framer or Webflow), as well as decks, demo visuals, and branded storytelling used for fundraising and launch. • Design Systems and Brand Identity: Establish the design language, visual guidelines, and creative systems for the entire brand and product ecosystem — from app UI to campaign rollouts. Who You Are You are a high-impact product designer with a passion for spatial design, gamified interaction, and emerging technologies. You have successfully designed and launched at least three to five apps in XR, gaming, eCommerce, or Web3. You thrive in fast-moving environments where creativity meets cutting-edge engineering. Must-Haves • Expertise in UI/UX strategy and mobile-first product design. • Proven experience designing XR, commerce, gaming, and marketplace applications. • Comfort designing for token-based platforms, NFTs, wallets, and Web3 gamification. • Strong front-end knowledge with the ability to support MVP development. • Proficiency in Figma, Framer or Webflow, Unity, and 8th Wall (or equivalents). • Excellent communication and visual storytelling skills. • Startup mindset: hands-on, autonomous, fast-paced, and impact-driven. • Native English speaker. Bonus Skills • Experience designing for XR wearables (Apple Vision Pro, Ray-Ban Meta, Google XR). • Knowledge of spatial interaction patterns and AR user flows. • Background in NFT metaverses, avatar fashion, or gamified eCommerce. • Strong interest in AI, future shopping, and playful design systems.
