We’re now looking for a part-time Sales Manager to take ownership of outbound sales, sharpen our messaging, and consistently bring new brands and agencies into our pipeline.
The Role
You’ll lead outbound prospecting and sales, targeting two key groups:
1. Amazon brands running in-house advertising.
1. Amazon agencies managing PPC for multiple clients.
This is a hands-on role: you’ll be writing copy, doing direct outreach, and running the first stages of the sales process. Your mission is to make sure every Amazon brand or agency in our space knows why GB Talent Hub is the only place to find PPC talent.
What You’ll Do
• Prospecting & Targeting
• Build lists of Amazon brands and agencies actively running PPC.
• Segment prospects and prioritise high-value outreach opportunities.
• Messaging & Copywriting
• Create compelling LinkedIn messages, cold email sequences, and follow-up copy.
• Optimise sales pages and pitch decks to communicate our offer clearly.
• Outreach & Sales Execution
• Run direct LinkedIn outreach to founders, hiring managers, and agency leaders.
• Manage first-touch calls, qualify prospects, and hand warm leads for closing.
• Execute structured follow-up systems to maximise conversion.
• Sales Playbook Development
• Document what works (scripts, templates, workflows).
• Build a repeatable outbound process we can scale beyond the initial contract.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven B2B sales experience (agency, recruitment, or Amazon/eCommerce sector is ideal).
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills — sharp, direct, and persuasive.
• Confident in pitching value to founders and decision-makers.
• Familiarity with Amazon PPC and the agency/brand landscape is a bonus.
• Proactive and hands-on: this is an execution role, not just strategy.
