About The Role
We’re looking for a Freelance Performance Marketer to drive growth for our clients and internal campaigns through strategic media buying and creative experimentation. If you love working at the intersection of fashion, creativity, and data — and can translate performance metrics into actionable insights — we’d love to work with you.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google, TikTok, and YouTube
• Work with our internal team to test and iterate high-performing ad creatives using Passionbits-generated video content
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize ROAS, reduce CAC, and scale campaigns profitably
• Set up and manage tracking pixels, attribution tools, and clean data pipelines for effective performance analysis
• Report campaign results with insights and recommendations for creative and budget adjustments
• Collaborate with brand, creator, and category teams to ensure content-performance alignment
What We’re Looking For
• 1–4 years of experience in performance marketing (eCommerce, DTC, fashion, or creator economy preferred)
• Hands-on expertise in ad platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
• Proven ability to scale paid campaigns with strong ROAS
• Experience working with creative teams to iterate on ad content and messaging
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar
