The Fulfillment Brand Manager leads all aspects of our brand partner's fulfillment and logistics strategy. What is a day in the life of a Fulfillment Brand Manager? • Nurture a portfolio of brand partners with a focus on supply chain and fulfillment • Lead the development and implementation of brand-specific logistics and fulfillment strategies • Run daily marketplace operations, with a focus on inventory management and order flow • Serve as the fulfillment expert with deep knowledge of platform capabilities, fulfillment levers, and logistics best practices • Evaluate competitive landscapes and develop strategies to maximize business growth through efficient fulfillment models • Lead all weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with brand partners, focusing on logistics KPIs and supply chain improvements • Deliver the highest levels of operational execution • Partner with the Operations team to ensure optimal in-stock and inventory position • Partner with the Advertising team to ensure products are in-stock and ready for promotional campaigns What will I need to thrive in this role? • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related program • Experience leading logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain efforts • Outstanding analytical and data management skills • Self-motivated and proactive • High ethical standards What does high performance look like? • You follow through with all assignments in a timely manner • You give 100% to all tasks and projects you are given • You actively comment and participate in group collaborations • You will take full ownership of your projects and follow through to completion • You are detail-oriented and organized What is the team like? • You will work with other Brand Managers and be supervised by the Head of Sales and GTM, Fulfillment. This team is data-driven and results-oriented, with a specific focus on optimizing brand fulfillment. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team and your brand partner executives to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
