Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Specialist – Help Build a World-Class Global Brand Are you a high-performing fulfilment professional who thrives under pressure and takes pride in getting things done β€” no matter what? My client is looking for a Fulfilment & Dispatch Specialist to take full ownership of dispatching premium products at one of the fastest-growing sports memorabilia brands in the world. This is a hands-on role for someone who holds themselves to the highest standards and doesn’t clock out until the job is done. You will initially own the entire logistics and fulfilment operation yourself, and as the business grows, this position will evolve into a team you’ll be expected to lead. You’ll be responsible for making sure products are picked, packed, and delivered fast, accurately, and on time, while managing stock and implementing systems to improve efficiency. Expect early mornings, late finishes, and weekend work when needed β€” this is a fast-paced operation, and so should you be. Key Responsibilities β€’ Prepare, process, and dispatch all customer orders accurately and on time. β€’ Uphold quality standards, focusing on security, presentation, and the condition of every item dispatched. β€’ Manage stock control and implement efficient processes and reporting systems. β€’ Liaise with customer service, framing, and sales teams to resolve order or delivery issues quickly. β€’ Support other departments such as framing or goods-in as needed to meet business demands. Skills & Experience Required β€’ Proven experience in e-commerce fulfilment and stock management (essential). β€’ Hands-on, highly organised, and detail-focused. β€’ Passion for sport and enthusiasm for working within a sports-focused brand. β€’ Willingness to go the extra mile, including evening and weekend work when required. β€’ Ambition to grow into a leadership role as the business expands.
