Senior Full Stack Engineer – Brighton (Hybrid, up to £80k + Bonus) A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Full Stack Engineer to join a high-impact team based in Brighton, working on a key part of a major eCommerce platform. This is a hybrid role, with 2 to 3 days per week in our Brighton office, offering the best of both in-person collaboration and remote flexibility. You’ll work closely with product and business teams to develop features that drive growth and enhance the platform. As part of a highly collaborative and forward-thinking tech department, you’ll help shape how things are built and what technologies are used. Experience required: • Strong experience with C# and building robust backend services and APIs • End-to-end development expertise across the full stack • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, and responsive design • Ability to analyse and solve complex technical problems across front and backend systems • Passion for clean code, test automation, scalability, and long-term maintainability • Experience with performance tuning and system optimisation • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders • A mindset focused on continuous learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud If you’re a pragmatic, self-motivated engineer ready to build and innovate at scale, we’d love to hear from you.
