The Head of Marketing will be responsible for shaping and executing the G/FORE’s global marketing
strategy, driving consumer engagement, and strengthening brand awareness across all channels. This role requires a dynamic leader who combines creativity, data-driven insights, and deep understanding of the golf and lifestyle consumer.
This role will oversee all aspects of marketing for this global Footwear & Apparel brand—including brand strategy, creative, PR, partnerships, events, and retail marketing—while leading and developing a high performing team.
Essential Functions
• Develop and lead the brand’s integrated marketing strategy to drive growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including retail, wholesale, e-commerce, social media, and events.
• Lead creative direction and brand storytelling that connects with both avid golfers and lifestyle consumers.
• Build and manage marketing budgets, ensuring ROI through performance metrics and analytics.
• Develop innovative digital and social strategies to grow brand engagement and e-commerce sales.
• Drive PR and influencer marketing initiatives, building strong relationships with athletes, ambassadors, media, and partners.
• Oversee event strategy, including golf tournaments, lifestyle activations, and experiential marketing.
• Partner cross-functionally with Design, Sales, and Retail to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a marketing team that embodies collaboration, creativity, and results.
Competencies
• Proven success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Strong digital and e-commerce marketing expertise, including paid media, social, and CRM.
• Excellent brand storytelling, creative judgment, and ability to connect with diverse audiences.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

The annual salary range for this position is starting from $160,000.00, experience dependent. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible to participate in the company's annual performance bonus program. This program rewards individuals and teams for achieving specific goals and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Bonus payments are typically made at the end of the fiscal year, and eligibility is determined by meeting pre-defined performance metrics and being employed at the time of bonus distribution.
