The Website Merchandiser is responsible for driving an excellent online shopping experience for the G/Fore customer. This role will manage site merchandising execution, product presentation, and content activation to optimize conversion, revenue, and customer engagement. He/she will also be responsible for updating products and categories on the website, monitoring website inventory, and ensuring products on site support marketing initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional partners in marketing, planning, creative, and eCommerce, the Website Merchandiser will ensure the site reflects the brandβs vision and delivers a seamless customer experience. The successful candidate will be highly organized with strong attention to detail and a passion for the digital customer experience.
Essential Functions
β’ Own site merchandising for the G/Fore digital business, ensuring product and category pages are compelling, on-brand, and optimized for conversion.
β’ Execute product launches on time and with accuracy.
β’ Partner with planning team to ensure product availability and strategically prioritize key items and categories.
β’ Support management of on-site navigation & site content to support marketing, seasonal stories, and business priorities.
β’ Use analytics and data to inform merchandising decisions, improve site navigation, and enhance product storytelling.
β’ Conduct regular site audits to ensure product data accuracy, image quality, and alignment with merchandising and brand standards.
β’ Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to bring seasonal campaigns and brand moments to life online.
β’ Support testing initiatives to optimize user experience and KPIs.
β’ Stay informed on industry best practices, competitive landscape, and innovative digital merchandising trends.
β’ Respond to customer service and management concerns in a proactive, quick and professional manner
β’ Be the product information resource for internal departments and external customers

β’ Strong understanding of digital merchandising, product storytelling, and digital consumer behavior.
β’ Proficient in eCommerce platforms (Salesforce), product information management (PIM) systems, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Content Square, etc..)
β’ Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
β’ Effective at working in a team environment while managing individual priorities and duties efficiently
