Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
β’ Execute and maintain brand strategies for easy@Home and Premom to strengthen market presence.
β’ Maintain clear brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
β’ Align brand strategies with overall company goals to drive revenue and customer engagement.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
β’ Work with Marketing on multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, influencer, email, and traditional marketing).
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to support the creation of compelling content and product marketing strategies.
β’ Support relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the fertility and healthcare space.
β’ Oversee promotional activities, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives to ensure brand identity adherence.
Market Research & Performance Analysis
β’ Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
β’ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize marketing strategies based on data analytics.
β’ Use consumer feedback to enhance product offerings and marketing effectiveness.
Product & Customer Experience
β’ Work closely with product development to align branding and messaging with product innovations.
β’ Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey across e-commerce platforms and mobile apps.
β’ Enhance brand trust and authority through educational content and thought leadership.
Collaboration & Budget Management
β’ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to maintain brand consistency.
β’ Manage brand marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
β’ Lead agency relationships and external partnerships for creative development
Qualifications & Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
β’ 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or consumer goods.
β’ Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer strategies, and e-commerce branding.
β’ Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
β’ Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
β’ Passion for womenβs health, fertility, and home healthcare solutions is a plus.
