ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Global Digital Director, you’ll shape and accelerate our digital growth across DTC and marketplace channels worldwide. With full global P&L ownership, you'll drive revenue and optimize performance across e-commerce operations and digital marketing, including paid media and CRM.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader ready to scale digital reach, boost profitability, and integrate data-led initiatives across teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER:
These will include but not limited to:
Strategic & Commercial Management
• Own and drive the global P&L for all DTC channels and marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.), ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial plans, including sales forecasting, stock forecasting, promotional strategies, and pricing optimization, to deliver on sales targets across all DTC and marketplace platforms.
• Scope, design, and execute new market expansion strategies across DTC platforms and marketplaces, ensuring compliance with local regulations and adapting to market-specific nuances.
Digital Marketing & Performance
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to strategically deploy paid media campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximizing ROI.
• Develop and implement a robust performance marketing strategy (PPC, AMS, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition.
• Drive sales and brand presence on key marketplaces like Amazon and TikTok Shop, optimizing listings, advertising, and promotional activities.
Platform & Operations Management
• Manage the end-to-end functionality and performance of Fable and Mane's global technology stack, encompassing over 15 platforms and numerous integrations, including platform maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Manage end-to-end 3PL and logistics operations related to DTC and marketplace fulfilment, ensuring efficient order processing, timely delivery, and cost optimization.
Customer & Data Management
• Lead the global strategy and development of our customer service department.
• Oversee the management and optimization of CRM platforms across all 1st party data touchpoints, leveraging data insights to enhance customer engagement and drive personalised experiences.
Reporting & Analysis
• Provide regular reports and analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital and e-commerce leadership, with a strong foundation in both strategic and operational delivery.
• Track record of owning and optimising global P&Ls across DTC and marketplace environments, driving profitable growth.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, CRM, and digital media strategy, with a sharp eye for ROI and customer acquisition.
• Skilled at platform architecture and integration management across a diverse global tech stack.
• Proven success launching and scaling international markets, navigating compliance and cultural nuance.
