Role description
Position Overview:
As Ecommerce Executive at a leading skincare brand, youβll report into the Global Ecommerce Manager and play a pivotal role in the day to day trading, merchandising activities and reporting of our 4 DTC sites (UK, USA, EU & CA) using Shopify Plus and third-party digital partners. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for online retail.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
β’ Own merchandising and content updates across the 4 regional sites.
β’ Build Ppages for new product launches, co-ordinating assets, copy and pricing.
β’ Execute pricing updates, promotions and bundle set up.
β’ Using Lilt to translate our EU site to German when/where necessary.
β’ Work closely with Retention Executive and wider DTC team to align on campaign and promotional launch dates for DTC channels.
β’ Using AI to support with copy creation for Ppages, Blogs and optimise for SEO with relevant keywords.
β’ Work closely with design teams, briefing in and uploading all assets to landing pages, homepage and Ppages in a timely manner.
β’ Monitor stock levels
β’ and flag low inventory to the relevant stakeholders.
β’ Actioning any customer facing communication to be put on site, flagged by the customer service team.
β’ Assisting with thoroughly QA-ing all new website features and larger development projects before they are deployed.
β’ Strategic review of retail channels to ensure best in class UX and sharing best practises across the business
β’ Using ContentSquare to identify user behaviour on landing pages for optimisation opportunities.
β’ Using Dynamic Yield to support launching A/B tests and personalisation campaigns.
β’ Track and report on core ecommerce KPIs and ad-hoc reporting.
β’ Processing all Ecommerce & DTC POβs.
β’ Close monitoring of e-commerce industry trends and competitors.
Skills & experience (preferred)
β’ 1-3 yearsβ experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role, ideally at a DTC brand.
β’ Confident in Excel & interpreting raw data.
β’ Familiar with Shopify CMS and GA4 or similar.
β’ Exposure to loyalty programs
β’ and A/B testing platforms.
β’ ChatGPT proficient & other AI tools experience

β’ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
β’ Proactive and agile under pressure in a fast-paced Ecommerce environment.
β’ Good communicator with a growth mindset and a love of learning new tools and tech.
