Position Information We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global eCommerce Manager to oversee initiatives across our digital marketing, customer engagement, and eCommerce platforms. This role will own strategic execution for digital marketing campaigns, CRM channels, and global site features to ensure cohesive customer experiences across all regions. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with strong project management skills, capable of driving performance and ensuring operational excellence. Position Responsibilities • Cultivate relationships and a supporting environment conducive to achieving global digital excellence and business acceleration in existing markets. Lead DTC expansion from conception to launch – Responsible for driving and maintaining growth with regional teams moving forward. • Build and oversee global KPI dashboard encompassing 360 DTC regions & touchpoints. Responsible for organizing strategic monthly channel recaps & program post-mortem documentation to inform future activations. • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that align with ecommerce business objectives, customer insights, and regional priorities. • Lead the campaign and 360 release process for all global digital marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from concept to go-live. • Support customer acquisition and retention objectives globally, owning the performance and operational success of CRM channels, leveraging data insights to refine strategies, improve KPIs, and enhance customer engagement. • Delivering the rollout global of the eCommerce strategy across paid social, paid search, email, text, loyalty & referrals, sampling, reviews, and affiliates. • Guide content creation and influencer management to maximize business outcomes. • Oversee the development and implementation of new site features, collaborating with design, development, and content teams to enhance user experience and drive conversion. • Monitor, analyze and report sales performance and status on Global DTC roadmap, share insights and learnings. Position Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or CRM management with a focus on global strategies. • Experience managing campaigns across multiple digital channels including email, SMS, paid media, and social platforms. • Experienced using Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Google Analytics • Strong understanding of loyalty programs, promotions, and customer engagement strategies. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and global teams. • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions, improve performance, and achieve KPIs. • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
