The Team and Role: Logitech is seeking an experienced and innovative Global Social Commerce Channel Manager to lead the creation and implementation of a winning go to market (GTM) strategy for TikTok Shop, and Live streaming platforms. As Social Commerce reshapes e-commerce, this role is responsible for focusing on scaling success across regions, leveraging TikTok Shop as both a marketing vehicle and a new sales channel to drive growth in reach, engagement and sales for Logitech products. In this role you will: • Build Global Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage TikTok Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with TikTok teams and agencies, ensuring alignment on global priorities and driving strategic collaboration. • Lead Integrated Marketing : Develop integrated marketing initiatives by harnessing TikTok’s full-funnel capabilities to maximize Logitech’s brand presence, engagement, and sales impact. • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams: Business Groups (BG), Regional Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure unified strategy execution and impactful outcomes. • Operationalize Social Commerce: Design and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies incorporating pricing, product portfolios, logistics model, content creators, advertising, and analytics, while leveraging agency expertise and regional best practices. • Financial Modeling for Success: Design financial models for social commerce and live-streaming initiatives to guide investment decisions, and measure ROI. • Agency Sourcing and Management: Identify, onboard, and oversee social commerce agencies, ensuring alignment with Logitech’s strategic goals and driving successful execution of initiatives. • TikTok Shop Geographic Expansion: Support the expansion of TikTok Shop into new markets. Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: • >6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media or eCommerce • Proactive, energetic, self-starter with hands-on approach to the business and results oriented, Skilled at navigating change in fast-paced, dynamic environments • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written • Deep Platform Knowledge: Extensive knowledge in social commerce platforms with strong understanding of the algorithms, features, best practices and evolving trends. Proven ability to translate platform mechanics into actionable, ROI-driven strategies. • Strategic Business Planning: Track record of crafting and executing innovative business strategies to unlock sales growth in digital commerce or social commerce channels. • Marketing & Commercial Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in identifying growth opportunities, developing compelling business cases, designing impactful marketing campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to craft strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.
