Role description
Key Responsibilities • Building Product Value Proposition: Identify and articulate clear, compelling value propositions for ecommerce, highlighting unique features and customer benefits • Creating & Executing Communication Plans: Design and implement comprehensive communication plans tailored to both internal stakeholders and external audiences • Executive Communication: Craft executive communications that clearly present product overviews and performance results, ensuring leadership and stakeholders are informed with concise, strategic updates. • Market Training: Own and maintain ecommerce training materials, ensuring content is current, accessible, and aligned with product updates; manage the documentation tool used for training to support effective knowledge transfer across teams and markets. • Market Engagement & Communications: Build and sustain ongoing communications with market teams and franchisees, providing regular updates on new product features and developments. Foster an engaged community through interactive forums and feedback channels that encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing. • Managing Internal Team Communications: Organize and facilitate internal communications, including regular townhalls, to ensure teams are aligned, informed, and motivated. Develop agendas, coordinate speakers, and create follow-up materials to maximize engagement and transparency across all functions. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • 5+ years of product marketing or communications experience • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities (PowerPoint) • Exceptional ability to distill complex insights into compelling narratives that inspire action and drive stakeholder alignment. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications • Background in ecommerce, consulting, or foodservice • International business experience • Proven experience building product value propositions and developing communication strategies for global audiences Salary Range: $134,500 to $155,000 Benefits: Employees (and their eligible family members) may enroll in the following types of insurance coverage: medical, dental, vision, legal, and accidental death and dismemberment, as well as FSA/HSA (depending on enrolled medical plan).
