Reporting directly to the Founders, you will be a pivotal leader, shaping our go-to-market strategy, recruiting and mentoring a high-performance sales team, and cultivating deep, lasting relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate is a seasoned B2B SaaS sales leader with a demonstrable track record in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse technology. You are a builder, a strategist, and a closer, ready to make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do) • Define and Drive Strategy: Develop, refine, and execute Hopstack™’s comprehensive sales strategy, ensuring alignment with aggressive company growth objectives and market opportunities. • Build & Lead a Winning Team: Recruit, mentor, coach, and inspire a top-tier sales team focused on acquiring and growing SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts across diverse verticals. • Own the Revenue Engine: Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, from strategic pipeline generation and qualification to deal negotiation and successful closure, with an emphasis on repeatable, scalable processes. • Market Expansion: Proactively identify, target, and penetrate strategic accounts within the 3PL, logistics, retail, and e-commerce sectors, expanding Hopstack™’s market share. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing to optimize lead generation, with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and maximize retention, and with Product to provide valuable market feedback and influence roadmap development. • Performance & Reporting: Establish, track, and report on critical sales KPIs and performance metrics, providing transparent insights to founders and key stakeholders. • Brand Ambassador: Represent Hopstack™ with conviction at industry conferences, trade shows, and strategic partner engagements, enhancing brand visibility and generating high-quality pipeline opportunities.
