Role description
The Position:
Our Company is looking for an energetic, experienced and hands-on Global Sales Manager to manage the sales of our products to mass merchants, clubs and other major retail chains in the United States, LATAM, and Europe. Our environment is very fast paced as our category review and product presentation and follow up deadlines are driven and directed by our retailer customers. We have several different product categories all within home storage and organization.
Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:
β’ Open and develop new and existing accounts to increase sales in new and/or existing departments within Mass Merchants, Home Centers, Specialty Markets, Drug, Grocery Chain and Clubs
β’ Drive sales growth with major international retail chains, including mass merchants, club stores, and other key accounts across Mexico and LATAM
β’ Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
β’ Identify new sales opportunities, develop planograms, and create impactful cross-merchandising programs
β’ Recruit, onboard, and manage independent sales representatives in strategic regions
β’ Organize and attend major housewares trade shows and exhibitions
β’ Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets
β’ Build strategies to strengthen relationships with key accounts and open new doors

β’ A demonstrated track record of successful executions of planograms and marketing programs
β’ Category Management and point of purchase plan development experience
