Role description
We’re hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer who’s ready to take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and scaling across search, shopping, performance max, and YouTube. You’ll work closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to fuel profitable growth.
Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube)
• Own full-funnel media strategy—from account structure to budget allocation
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing across creatives, keywords, and audiences
• Analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and scale winning campaigns
• Build insightful dashboards and performance reports (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.)
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to develop ad assets
• Stay on top of Google Ads trends, betas, and algorithm updates
Requirements
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing high-performance Google Ads accounts
• Proven track record of hitting ROAS and CPA goals in eCommerce or SaaS
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Performance Max, and Shopping Campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset—comfortable with numbers, reporting, and dashboards
• Familiarity with GA4, attribution tools, and feed management (e.g., GMC)
• Self-starter with high ownership and attention to detail
• Bonus: experience across Meta Ads, TikTok, or Klaviyo flows
