The Role We’re hiring a Graduate Account Executive to support our Account Management team in delivering exceptional TikTok campaigns for our clients. This is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates or candidates early in their career who are eager to learn about social commerce, content strategy, and performance marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth agency. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams across media, creative, and creator co-ordination. Your role will focus on project coordination, research, reporting, and client communication support, helping ensure campaigns run smoothly and clients receive best-in-class service. What You’ll Do Client Support & Communication • Assist Account Managers with day-to-day client servicing and campaign planning. • Join client brainstorms, idea sessions, and strategy discussions. • Draft client-facing updates and reports with guidance. • Help prepare presentations and campaign documents. Project Delivery • Learn to track campaign timelines, contracts, and deliverables. • Support campaign approvals, activations, and feedback loops. • Maintain campaign folders and task updates in Productive. • Assist in coordinating creator communications and content delivery. Research & Reporting • Conduct research on TikTok trends, competitors, and audiences. • Pull data and assist with analysis for audience insights and strategies. • Learn to interpret key metrics like ROAS, CAC, and CPA. • Support Account Managers with monthly reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with Creative Strategists and Media Buyers to support smooth campaign execution. • Join internal and client check-ins to gain insight into the full campaign process. • Get hands-on exposure to TikTok Ads Manager and the media buying process. Financial & Admin Support • Assist with creator cost tracking and billing checks. • Support finance processes including invoice prep and reconciliations. Who You Are • A recent graduate or early-career candidate with a passion for TikTok, social media, and ecommerce. • Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with attention to detail. • Proactive, organised, and confident juggling multiple tasks. • Curious and eager to learn, with a “self-starter” attitude. • A collaborative team player who enjoys problem-solving. • Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Slack, Notion, or similar. Nice to Have (but not required): • Awareness of TikTok Ads Manager or paid media concepts. • Prior exposure to creator/influencer campaigns (through uni projects, side hustles, or internships). • Familiarity with ecommerce KPIs like ROAS, AOV, or customer acquisition.
