About The Role
Fabletics is seeking a talented Junior Digital Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing digital communications that align with business and marketing objectives. Your designs will be visually compelling, clear, and user-friendly, helping to enhance our brand presence across various digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, copywriting, merchandising, and project management to develop engaging content for emails, social media, website updates, and print materials. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall art direction of the brand while gaining valuable experience in ecommerce and fashion-oriented digital design. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and eager to develop their skills within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Qualifications
β’ 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ecommerce and fashion or an internship equivalent
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Multimedia Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
β’ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
β’ Strong understanding of web typography and photography
β’ Excellent organizational and time-management skills
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
β’ Positive attitude with a proactive, self-starting approach
β’ Based in Los Angeles or willing to work in the El Segundo headquarters
Responsibilities
β’ Conceptualize, design, and maintain high-quality digital assets that meet marketing objectives and brand standards
β’ Assist in creating designs for website updates, including home page slides, banners, landing pages, and templates
β’ Develop compelling email marketing campaigns and social media content across various platforms
β’ Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and merchandising teams to produce on-brand creative assets
β’ Ensure timely delivery of all digital projects, adhering to deadlines and quality standards
β’ Maintain consistency and cohesiveness across all digital and print materials
β’ Leverage knowledge of customer insights and KPIs to optimize design effectiveness
β’ Support print design projects such as PR materials, advertising, and packaging, ensuring technical feasibility and quality
β’ Prepare mechanicals for print production, working with printers to deliver innovative solutions
β’ Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output
