Role description
At Youngry, design isn’t just about making things look good—it’s about building brands that dominate their category. We work with CPG brands, restaurants, retail stores, and digital-first businesses, creating everything from shelf-stopping packaging to scroll-stopping social content and high-converting websites.
We’re looking for a full-stack creative who thrives at the intersection of design, performance, and brand storytelling. You’ll work across three core areas:
1. Package Design — Product packaging that demands attention, communicates the brand’s story, and drives purchase decisions.
1. Social Media Graphics — High-impact visuals for organic posts, paid ads, and influencer campaigns that drive clicks and conversions.
1. Website UI Design — Clean, conversion-focused layouts for DTC, e-commerce, and service-based businesses.
If you’re a Canva template pusher—this is not your gig. If you’re fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud, think in layers, and can design with purpose under tight deadlines—you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
• Design packaging for CPG and retail products, delivering print-ready artwork and 3D mockups.
• Create on-brand, performance-oriented social media graphics for organic, paid, and influencer campaigns.
• Design website UI layouts in Figma or Adobe XD, working with UX and dev teams for a seamless build.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines—logos, typography, color palettes, and visual systems.
• Work inside our project management (ClickUp) and communication (Slack) stack for all tasks and collaboration.
• Prepare technically accurate files for both print and digital distribution.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and strategists to execute campaigns.
• Juggle multiple projects while hitting deadlines—every time.
Requirements
• 3+ years of professional design experience—agency or in-house marketing team preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing package design, social media graphics, and web UI.
• Adobe Creative Cloud power user (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; XD/Figma for UI).
• Experience creating production-ready print files and digital assets.
• Comfortable working in ClickUp for task tracking and Slack for daily comms.
• No Canva designers—we hire pros who build from scratch.
• Ability to design across platforms, aspect ratios, and brand styles.
• Eligibility to work permanently in the U.S.
Nice to Have
• 3D product rendering skills (KeyShot, Blender, or similar).
• Basic motion graphics or video editing for social campaigns.
• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon design requirements.
• Understanding of print production workflows and vendor coordination.
• Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or lifestyle brand design.
You’ll Succeed Here If You…
• Think like a marketer and a designer.
• Can jump from a product label to a homepage layout to an IG carousel without missing a beat.
• Understand “speed with accuracy” and know when details matter most.
• Want to be part of a team where design is a growth lever, not an afterthought.
