About the Role
We’re looking for a multi-talented Graphic Designer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for both digital and print design. This is a highly collaborative role, reporting to the Associate Creative Director, and touches nearly every part of the business—from packaging and point-of-sale to digital marketing and eCommerce. If you're someone who can take a brand toolkit and run with it across multiple channels while pushing creative boundaries, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do
You’ll design thoughtful, high-impact brand assets across both digital and physical channels, including but not limited to:
Digital Design
• Emails: Design engaging and on-brand email templates and campaigns.
• Paid Media Assets: Develop scroll-stopping ads for paid social, display, and influencer content.
• Web & UX/UI: Design eCommerce pages, homepage refreshes, mobile-first experiences, landing pages, and digital modules in Figma.
• Retail Channels: Design assets for digital retailers such as Amazon and Nordstroms.
Print & Physical Design
• Point of Sale (POS): Create printed displays, signage, and in-store merchandising for retail partners.
• Packaging Support: Assist with packaging design systems, special edition labels, and print file preparation.
• PR Collateral: Design printed brand books, postcards, promo kits, and other materials for campaigns and events.
General Creative
• Work cross-functionally with the creative, marketing, eComm, and product development teams to execute design requests that ladder up to campaign goals and brand vision.
• Ensure all deliverables are production-ready, and aligned with brand guidelines.
What You Bring
• 3-4 years experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and/or web design with exceptional conceptual, typographic and design skills. (in-house or agency).
• Bachelor’s degree
• A portfolio showcasing strong print, digital, and UI/UX work.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency with Figma and a basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Proficiency with AI creative tools.
• Print production experience or working knowledge of packaging specs.
• Motion design (After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
• Well-informed and aware of the current beauty landscape and skincare trends, always bringing fresh ideas.
• Organized with a focus on timely delivery and excellent communication skills
• Solutions oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Self-motivated, positive can-do attitude and forward thinking.
• Willingness to assist on photoshoots.
