Job Summary We are seeking a multi-talented Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, fashion, and lifestyle. Beyond static visuals, we want someone who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit photo/video content that captivates audiences across DTC, retail, and social channels. This role offers a rare opportunity to combine your aesthetic eye with hands-on production skills to deliver high-impact creative that drives engagement and brand love. Key Responsibilities β€’ Create stunning graphic assets for DTC websites, retail activations, social media, email campaigns, and paid media. β€’ Lead in-house photo and video shoots, from styling and lighting to editing and post-production. β€’ Develop short-form social-first content (e.g., reels, TikToks, tutorials) that reflects beauty/lifestyle trends. β€’ Partner with marketing and e-commerce teams to translate campaign goals into scroll-stopping creative. β€’ Uphold and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent and premium brand identity. β€’ Support packaging, retail POP, trade shows, and other creative needs with fresh, fashion-forward design. β€’ Build a library of evergreen brand visuals that showcase our products in aspirational, lifestyle-driven ways. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Minimum 4-5 years of professional working experience in graphic design and knowledge β€’ Strong portfolio spanning graphic design, fashion/beauty photography, and video content. β€’ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). β€’ Demonstrated experience with photo/video production and editing (studio + lifestyle settings). β€’ Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social-first content creation. β€’ Passion for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands; prior industry experience is a strong plus. β€’ Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives. ✨ This is not just another design job β€” it’s a chance to be part of a global beauty movement.
