We’re growing our marketing team at Parsley Box and have an exciting new opportunity for a Growth and Acquisition Manager. This role will play a key part in reaching new customers and supporting our wider brand marketing plans. We're looking for someone commercially minded, data-driven, and full of ideas to lead and deliver impactful campaigns across a mix of channels. Role Overview: As Growth and Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition strategies, increasing brand awareness, and managing customer lifecycle marketing. You will need to work collaboratively across teams to develop, implement, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns that acquire new customers for Parsley Box and deliver against measurable results, across both digital and traditional channels. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Lead the development and execution of acquisition campaigns that drive customer growth across a mix of digital and traditional channels (e.g., paid search, SEO, social media, display advertising, email marketing, TV, radio, press, direct mail, partnerships, and affiliate marketing). • Target New Audiences: Develop campaigns to unlock new target customer groups for Parsley Box and look for innovative ways to grow our database and provide meaningful engagement • Content distribution – Ensure Parsley Box content and thought-leadership is distributed in the right way and right channel to support new customer acquisition and influencing metrics, and brand impact • End-to-End Campaign Management: Own the full cycle of growth and acquisition campaigns, from ideation to execution and performance analysis. This includes setting objectives, budgeting, testing, optimisation, and reporting. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use customer insights, data, and performance analytics to refine and improve campaign strategies. Continuously test and optimise to achieve the best ROI. • Creative Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging, on-brand campaign creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences across both digital and traditional platforms. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, customer service, sales, and data teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals and deliver consistent messaging. • Customer Journey Optimisation: Identify and implement strategies to improve the customer acquisition funnel, from initial engagement through to conversion and repeat purchase. • Budget Management: Own the budget for growth and acquisition campaigns, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and staying within budget whilst maximising impact. • Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on key campaign KPIs and ROI, providing actionable insights to senior leadership. • Traditional Media Expertise: Manage press relations, handle relationships with media outlets, and ensure the successful integration of traditional media such as TV, radio, and print advertising into the acquisition strategy. • Market Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new acquisition channels, ensuring Parsley Box remains competitive in both digital and traditional dia spaces. Experience & Skills Needed • 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth and customer acquisition marketing, ideally within e-commerce, FMCG, or food industries. • Proficient in data analysis, using platforms such as Google Analytics, Excel, and CRM systems to track, report, and optimise performance. • Deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, including paid and organic search, social media, display, email, TV, radio, press, and direct mail. • Ability to think both creatively and strategically, bringing innovative ideas to life while aligning with the brand vision and objectives. • Experience managing campaigns from concept to execution, with a strong focus on performance and ROI. • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic advertising. Familiarity with automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klavyio or similae) is a plus. • Experience managing traditional media campaigns, including press, TV, radio, and print advertising. • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with deadlines and budget constraints. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and present data-driven insights. • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships, and motivate teams to achieve common goals. • A genuine interest in the food industry and the growing demand for convenient, high-quality meals, with the creativity to drive new customer acquisition methods What we offer: • Salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience) • 6% company pension contribution (you contribute 5%) to help you plan for your future. • Private Medical Insurance. • Life insurance at 2x salary. • 33 days annual leave including public holidays.
