Business (Growth) Analyst – 12-Month FTC
London – Hybrid (2 days in office)
THE COMPANY
This fast-growing consumer brand has transformed how children learn and play, creating innovative products used by millions worldwide. With a strong market presence and an expanding global footprint, they’re now looking for a data-driven Business (Growth) Analyst to join their UK team and support both local and international analytics projects.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on analytics position where you’ll be instrumental in turning raw data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and growth teams. You’ll split your focus between UK-specific initiatives and global collaboration, working with international colleagues to shape scalable dashboards, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
You will:
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into marketing performance, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Evaluate the impact of campaigns, promotions, and experiments to drive growth strategies.
• Use SQL (Snowflake) to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets.
• Build compelling Tableau dashboards for stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor key marketing metrics and proactively identify opportunities or risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve decision-making and enable self-service analytics.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, ideally in marketing, growth, or e-commerce.
• Advanced SQL skills, with experience using Snowflake and dbt.
• Strong data visualisation skills, ideally with Tableau.
• Solid understanding of marketing KPIs such as CAC, LTV, retention, and ROI.
• Ability to work independently and communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
