The Company: A global leader in interactive audio products for children, this business has transformed how kids play and learn through their award-winning, screen-free system. With millions of devices sold across 100+ countries in multiple languages, they continue to expand their product range while inspiring creativity and delivering meaningful, tech-enabled play. The Role: This position will see you join the UK marketing and growth function while also being part of a global data and analytics team. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality analysis that drives commercial decision-making—working on everything from campaign evaluation and customer behaviour analysis to dashboard development and KPI tracking. Around 60% of your work will be UK-focused, collaborating closely with local marketing, sales, and growth teams. The remaining 40% will involve contributing to global data products and best practices, working alongside international colleagues to create scalable, high-impact analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities • Conduct deep-dive analysis into marketing performance, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. • Evaluate campaign and promotional impact, assessing both short- and long-term revenue and retention effects. • Extract, manipulate, and join data from Snowflake and other sources using advanced SQL. • Build and maintain clear, actionable Tableau dashboards and reporting tools. • Track key marketing KPIs, including CAC, LTV, retention, and channel ROI. • Identify emerging trends, anomalies, or risks in data and present proactive recommendations. • Collaborate with UK stakeholders and global analytics peers to align processes and share best practices. • Support the wider team in accessing, understanding, and applying data in day-to-day decisions. Skills & Experience Required: • Proven experience in analytics, ideally within marketing, growth, or e-commerce environments. • Advanced SQL skills and experience with data visualisation tools. • Experience of using dbt is a nice to have. • Strong grasp of marketing metrics and ability to apply statistical analysis appropriately. • Skilled in turning complex data into clear, commercially relevant insights for non-technical audiences. • Proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable managing end-to-end analysis projects. • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
