What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first handshake in our client relationships — leading high-quality conversations with ambitious eCommerce brands ready to grow smarter.
Outreach & Relationship Building
• Prospect and qualify eCommerce brands that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Lead personalized outreach efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to connect with senior decision-makers
• Collaborate with referral partners to unlock new introductions and warm leads
Insight-Led Selling
• Understand client pain points deeply and translate them into meaningful marketing experiments
• Communicate NetElixir’s unique blend of human expertise + proprietary AI-platform (LXRInsights)
• Frame discovery conversations that create interest and urgency, not just awareness
Pipeline Ownership
• Maintain a healthy pipeline using Salesforce and other internal tools
• Coordinate closely with senior sales leaders on next steps, strategy shifts, and account transitions
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, partnerships, or growth roles
• Deep interest in the future of eCommerce and marketing — and how AI is shaping it
• Excellent communication — written, spoken, and interpersonal
• A creative prospector with high attention to detail and EQ
• Self-starter, team player, and someone who gets a genuine high from unlocking opportunities
