Our client in the wellness space is hiring a Growth Manager - TikTok! About the role: We are looking for a Growth Manager - TikTok, someone iconic who lives and breathes Tik Tok Shop as its own sales channel. This is a hands-on role where you will own Tik Tok Shop operations, content management, affiliate management, and strategy, driving measurable growth for both our TikTok and TikTok Shop presence. You will collaborate with our team to identify winning products and provide insights. What You’ll Do: • Fully own TikTok Shop operations, from content creation to affiliate program management. • Develop and execute strategies to grow TikTok and TikTok Shop performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product winners and optimize TTS success. • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive growth. • Stay on top of TikTok trends and best practices to keep the company ahead of the curve. What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, DTC, or social commerce, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, or emerging sales channels. • Proven track record of growing TikTok Shop or similar platforms, driving measurable revenue, engagement, and operational excellence. • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end operations, including content strategy, affiliate management, and overall channel growth. • Deep understanding of TikTok as a platform, trends, and content strategies, with the ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives. • Data-driven and strategic thinker, able to pivot quickly, optimize performance, and collaborate across teams effectively. • Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments; self-motivated, iconic, and willing to get hands-on to solve problems independently.
