The Role We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to help fuel our next stage of growth. You’ll design, test, and scale acquisition strategies, own key KPIs, and bring fresh ideas to help Clutch stand out. This is a high-impact role where every idea you launch can move the company forward. What You’ll Do • Lead customer acquisition across paid, organic, and referral channels • Optimize social, search, email/SMS campaigns for ROI • Test new growth opportunities (influencers, affiliates, partnerships, content) • Set goals, track CAC/CPA/conversions, and report results • Collaborate with leadership on messaging and campaigns What We’re Looking For • 3–6 years of growth/performance marketing (startup/high-growth preferred) • Proven record scaling acquisition channels profitably • Strong analytical and creative skills • Excellent communicator and collaborator • Automotive knowledge a plus, not required Benefits • Competitive salary + bonuses • Health, Vision, Dental • 401(k) with company match • Unlimited PTO & flexible work environment
