We provide a comprehensive range of currency services and products, including our Currency Converter, Market Analysis, Currency Data API and quick, easy, secure Money Transfers for individuals and businesses. We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app and by phone. Last year, we helped over 300 million people access information about the currencies that matter to them and over 225,000 people used us to send money overseas. About This Role We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth across Xe’s B2C and B2B platforms in United Kingdom and Continental Europe. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll own and optimize full-funnel digital campaigns while shaping how we localize and amplify global strategies through content, lifecycle, and social. We contribute to our community Roles & Responsibilities Performance Marketing & Paid Media • Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels such as LinkedIn or other platforms, depending on audience and campaign goals • Own budget allocation, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and efficiency • Develop and execute regional promo campaigns (e.g. first-transfer offers, limited-time incentives) in coordination with pricing, product, and lifecycle teams • Build audience segmentation strategies tailored to consumer and business profiles and behaviors • Collaborate with product, content, lifecycle teams to localize messaging and align campaigns with product launches ASO & SEO • Lead App store optimization efforts for Xe’s iOS and Android apps to optimize keywords, test store assets, and drive install growth • Collaborate with global content and web teams to identify content gaps, localize messaging for regional audiences, and improve search relevance across consumer and business segments • Drive regional SEO initiatives by optimizing landing pages, blog content, including title tags, meta descriptions, and keyword targeting, to improve visibility for high-intent search queries in the local market • Collaborate with global content and web teams on SEO testing, experimenting with headline structures, on-page layout, and internal linking to improve rankings, CTR, and conversion Analytics, Reporting & Experimentation • Use tools like Amplitude, GA4, and Power BI to monitor web and app traffic, campaign performance, and conversion funnels across B2C and B2B platforms • Build dashboards and recurring reports to track KPIs (e.g. CAC, ROAS), surface actionable insights, and ensure visibility to the growth and leadership teams • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across creative, messaging, audience targeting, landing pages, and offers to improve performance across the funnel • Connect top-of-funnel efforts with downstream metrics (e.g. conversion, retention, LTV) to inform strategy and ongoing campaign optimization • Share performance insights and testing results with global teams to inform broader acquisition strategy Position Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing. Ideally in fintech (but not mandatory), e-commerce, SaaS, or a fast-paced digital environment at scale. Big bonus if you’ve worked with Product and Tech teams before. • Proven ability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels. • Experience with ASO and SEO best practices, including keyword strategy, metadata optimization, and on-site content improvements • Good experience in using analytical tools such as Amplitude, MixPanel, Looker, Data Studio, GA4, or PowerBI. • Hands-on experience running A/B tests across ads, landing pages, targeting strategies, and offers • Collaborative and growth-minded self-starter who’s comfortable working cross-functionally in a lean team, turning data into actionable insights, influencing stakeholders, and executing at pace in a fast-changing environment • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field required. • Nice to haves: Familiarity with financial services, cross-border payments, or mobile banking; exposure to CRM, push notifications, or lifecycle marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Iterable, Blueshift or Klaviyo.
