Role description
We’re a fast-moving AI startup reshaping how brands show up in AI search. Backed by top investors, we’re building tools that help companies stand out in an increasingly noisy, algorithm-driven world. Our team combines deep technical talent with creative experimentation, and we're scaling quickly. We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to build and lead the systems that drive scalable, repeatable customer acquisition and expansion. This is a high-impact, founder-adjacent role for someone who thrives on rapid iteration, clever automation, and driving measurable outcomes. You’ll own the growth engine end-to-end, from paid and outbound to lifecycle and retention, working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to accelerate revenue. This is a full-time remote role open to candidates based in the United States. What You’ll Do: β€’ Build full-stack growth systems: Execute demand generation work across paid search, social, GEO, SEO, outbound, and emerging channels. β€’ Run growth like a product: Wire together tools like Clay, Zapier, PhantomBuster, Make, Hex, Retool, and custom GPT agents to automate and scale workflows. β€’ Launch and optimize experiments: Test microsites, cold outreach sequences, and ABM plays at velocity; prioritize insight over polish. β€’ Own the funnel: Drive improvements across the full lifecycle - MQL to SQL, onboarding to upsell - with clear attribution and reporting. β€’ Drive retention and expansion: Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to launch lifecycle programs and campaigns that increase CLTV and reduce churn.
