Weβre looking for a Growth Marketer to build and lead the systems that drive scalable, repeatable customer acquisition and expansion. This is a high-impact, founder-adjacent role for someone who thrives on rapid iteration, clever automation, and driving measurable outcomes. Youβll own the growth engine end-to-end, from paid and outbound to lifecycle and retention, working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to accelerate revenue.
This is a full-time remote role open to candidates based in the United States.
What Youβll Do:
β’ Build full-stack growth systems: Execute demand generation work across paid search, social, GEO, SEO, outbound, and emerging channels.
β’ Run growth like a product: Wire together tools like Clay, Zapier, PhantomBuster, Make, Hex, Retool, and custom GPT agents to automate and scale workflows.
β’ Launch and optimize experiments: Test microsites, cold outreach sequences, and ABM plays at velocity; prioritize insight over polish.
β’ Own the funnel: Drive improvements across the full lifecycle - MQL to SQL, onboarding to upsell - with clear attribution and reporting.
β’ Drive retention and expansion: Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to launch lifecycle programs and campaigns that increase CLTV and reduce churn.
What Weβre Looking For:
β’ 3 - 7+ years of B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing experience
β’ A systems thinker who treats growth as an engineering problem, not just a marketing function
β’ Proven track record of building and scaling multichannel growth programs with measurable revenue impact
β’ Fluent in automation, analytics, and experimentation, from building dashboards to running A/B tests
β’ Expert in ABM and PLG tactics, and mid-market/enterprise SaaS funnels
β’ Experience with modern growth tools and platforms (CRM, attribution, outbound, lifecycle marketing)
β’ Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage innovation environments

β’ Pipeline generated and SQL volume: Consistently fueling a qualified pipeline across key customer segments
β’ CAC / ROAS / payback period: Driving efficient customer acquisition with a focus on scalable unit economics
β’ Conversion rates across funnel stages: Improving performance at every stage, from first touch to closed-won
β’ Retention and expansion revenue contribution: Partnering across teams to reduce churn and grow customer value over time
