Role description
We the Wild is growing fast, and we're looking for a resourceful, creative, data-loving Growth Marketing Manager to help take us to the next level. If you’re someone who dreams in CAC, ROAS, AOV, and LTV, know what makes Meta ads scale, loves finding the next winning hook, and is resourceful and relentless, keep reading!
This isn’t a role for someone looking to learn. We best suit someone who’s scaled through Meta before and can plan, communicate, and pivot where needed to drive impactful results with smart strategy, fast execution, and a strong eye for creative.
Responsibilities:
Meta has been the backbone of our growth so far, so we’re looking for someone to fully own it, lay the foundations to scale it further, and unlock the next wave of growth for the brand.
• Own our Meta ad account (Facebook + Instagram) and scale performance with smart, creative-first campaigns
• Build and manage a steady stream of fresh ad content, working with creators, editors, and our in-house team
• Test new angles, offers, hooks, formats, and double down on what works
• Dive into metrics like profitability, CPA, ROAS, LTV, AOV, and use insights to guide decisions.
• Work across the team to support launches, promos, and new product rollouts
• Leverage our access to coaching to stay up to date on D2C trends and Meta updates
About You:
If you're the go-to performance gun on your team and want real ownership, accountability, and the chance to grow with a brand that’s scaling fast; this is your shot to get in early and make it count.
• A resourceful, entrepreneurial mindset; you test, tweak, and find creative solutions
• Clear and proactive communication style; you know how to manage up, down, and sideways
• 5–7 years of performance marketing experience in meta-focussed e-commerce businesses
• Proven track record scaling a business from ~$3M to $10M+ in online revenue
• Comfort briefing and directing UGC creators, internal stakeholders, and editors
• Obsession with the right numbers: CPA, ROAS, CAC payback, LTV; you're comfortable in Excel and capable of tracking and reporting on performance
• A focus on efficiency; you use AI, project management systems, and other ad tech to cost effectively improve workflows and outcomes
