You’ll own the entire growth marketing function from day one. Role & Responsibilities • Take Full Ownership: You’ll control our paid social (Meta) and PPC (Google) accounts completely. No more sharing responsibilities or fighting for budget allocation – it’s all yours. • Drive Email Strategy: Build and manage our entire email marketing approach, from CRM strategy to automated flows that generate real revenue. • Experiment Freely: Want to test TikTok ads? Go for it. Think our landing pages could convert better? Change them. You’ll have the freedom to test, fail fast, and scale what works. • Work in the Platforms Daily: You’ll be hands-on – building campaigns, analysing data, optimising audiences, writing copy. No delegating to junior staff; you’re in control. • Build Your Team: As we grow, you’ll hire and manage your own marketing team. You’ll go from individual contributor to department head.
