You’ll develop campaigns across email, paid digital, and events/trade shows, while optimizing performance and driving ROI. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • ✍️ Copywriting & Messaging • Craft clear, persuasive messaging across ads, email, video, and social. Continuously iterate based on data and feedback. • 🎨 Creative Strategy & Execution • Lead creative direction for digital campaigns (email, video, paid ads) from ideation through production, ensuring brand consistency. • 📅 Campaign Leadership • Collaborate with content, product, and design teams. Manage creative calendars and workflows to deliver high-quality assets. • 📊 Messaging Efficacy & Optimization • Establish and track performance metrics (CTR, conversion, engagement, open rates, etc.). Run A/B tests and optimize campaigns for ROI and lead quality. 👤 Ideal Candidate • 3–7+ years in creative/marketing roles, including 2–3 years in a managerial capacity. • Proven expertise in copywriting and digital marketing assets (email, ads, collateral). • Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing email, digital ads, and video content. • Analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and iterating based on data. • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. • Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS. 🌟 Why Join?
