Job Description: Growth Marketing Manager (Full-Time or Fractional) About Love Grown At Love Grown, we believe everyday foods should be as nourishing as they are delicious. We’re early stage with a focus on direct to consumer today. About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who is equally strong at creative execution and data-driven decision making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and loves wearing multiple hats. You’ll run paid ads directly in-platform, build email and SMS campaigns, manage our content calendar, and collaborate with internal teams and creators to deliver great work. This is a doer role — you’ll be building, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns daily. The right person will balance creative instincts with analytical rigor, moving seamlessly between making content and measuring results. This role could be structured as full-time or fractional depending on the candidate, and reports directly to the CEO. Key responsibilities • Execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. • Recommend new channels as needed and implement your recommendations. • Own and manage marketing budgets with a focus on growth and ROI. • Build and manage email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo; support SMS through Attentive. • Develop and manage the content calendar across email, SMS, and social - in partnership with the internal team • Collaborate with our internal team, content creators and external partners to execute campaigns • Create and update landing pages to support campaigns; suggest offers and optimizations as needed • Draft creative briefs or concepts, guide direction, and/or create assets directly in Canva/CapCut. • Analyze performance data and proactively recommend optimizations to improve acquisition and retention. Tools we use • Meta Ads Manager • Google Ads • Shopify • Klaviyo • Attentive • Canva • CapCut What we’re looking for • Full-funnel marketer with 5+ years experience in both paid and owned channels for a CPG and/or DTC brand • Proven ability to run Meta and Google campaigns directly in-platform. • Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo (building campaigns and flows). • Comfort with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut or similar) and a good creative eye. • Equally comfortable with creative problem-solving (ads, content, copy) and analytical work (data, testing, reporting). • Organized and detail-oriented; can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball. • Self-starter with a proactive, type-A personality - you’ll keep the team moving, not the other way around.
