MJH Life Sciences is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead full-funnel growth initiatives across our brands and products. You will develop and execute strategies to attract, engage, and retain audiences, launch new products with effective GTM plans, and drive growth at every stage of the product life cycle. This role will focus on building sustainable growth loops, improving customer retention, and using data-driven insights to prioritize high-impact opportunities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and mentor growth specialists to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products to drive awareness, adoption, and initial revenue.
• Identify and optimize growth opportunities across different stages of the product life cycle, from launch to maturity.
• Build scalable growth loops and levers (e.g. referral programs, viral sharing, user-generated content) to drive sustainable growth.
• Plan and run rapid experiments to test new channels, tactics, and offers, prioritizing based on impact.
• Analyze performance data to uncover insights, inform decisions, and continuously improve results.
• Manage and mentor growth specialists to drive a culture of testing, learning, and agility.
• Collaborate across teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
• Report key insights, wins, and opportunities to leadership clearly and concisely, emphasizing objectives and key results.
Requirements
• 5+ years in growth marketing, audience development, or product marketing, with 1-2 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Proven success in growing digital audiences, launching and scaling products, and driving customer retention.
• Strong understanding of growth frameworks, funnel optimization, growth loops, and rapid experimentation.
• Highly analytical with ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Experience in media, publishing, SaaS, or health care industries.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc).
Compensation Range
$65,000 – $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
