We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to fully own our acquisition engine across paid, organic, and experimental channels. You’ll work directly with product leadership and help us scale our messaging to the right buyers—non-technical owner-operators who care about results, not jargon. 🧠 What You’ll Own • Lead full-funnel growth campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, influencer, affiliate, and new/test channels • Drive qualified demos, pipeline, and revenue—not vanity metrics • Build and optimize landing pages, nurture flows, and ad creative • Collaborate with Product and RevOps to align messaging and conversion • Test and iterate relentlessly across all active and emerging channels • Manage and improve our HubSpot, GA4, and attribution/reporting stack 👀 Who You Are • 3–5+ years in growth, performance, or acquisition-focused marketing • Proven track record owning customer acquisition strategy + execution • Deep experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email nurture, and funnel optimization • You thrive in a fast-moving environment with direct access to decision-makers • Comfortable marketing technical tools to non-technical audiences (SMBs, trades, etc.) • Bonus: You've marketed products used by home service professionals or other small businesses 💡 Why This Role is Different • Backed by $88M+ in funding, with access to a partner network of 70,000+ SMBs • Platform already delivers real ROI: +34% in reviews, +14% in revenue for end users • Small team, big voice—you’ll shape strategy, not just follow it • No fluff, no red tape—just smart, scrappy growth
