Marketing & Growth Specialist Location: Remote (flexible) Commitment: Part-Time (~20 hrs/week) with clear path to full-time in 3 months Compensation: $1,000/month base + $1,000 for every 10 SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) delivered. What You’ll Do • CRM & Flows: Build and manage CRM, create email capture forms, and design automation/flows that nurture and convert. • Paid Ads: Run, optimize, and scale ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) with clear weekly reporting on ROI. • Organic Social Media: Plan and manage organic growth, working with a dedicated video editor to produce and repurpose content. • Website Updates: Make light website edits to improve capture, messaging, and funnel performance. • Customer Journey: Map the path from first touch to booked call, implement lead qualification and follow-up. • Reporting & Organization: Build simple reporting systems for leads, conversions, spend, and ROI. • Strategy: Collaborate with leadership on scalable, profitable offers and campaigns. Skills You’ll Need • CRM management (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or similar). • Automation setup and flow design (email, SMS, lead nurture). • Paid advertising (Meta/Google Ads campaign management and reporting). • Basic website editing (WordPress, Webflow, or similar). • Content collaboration (with video editor and leadership). • Data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking. • Strong persuasion and marketing psychology. • Bonus: Direct response marketing or growth hacking experience. What Success Looks Like • 30+ qualified leads per month (~1 per day). • 33% conversion rate from SQLs to paying clients. • Weekly reports that make performance and ROI crystal clear. • Marketing touches attributed to 100% of leads, excluding only direct referrals or live speaking event leads.
