Growth Marketing Manager | Stealth AI Creator Startup
About the Company
A breakout consumer AI startup is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join at a pivotal moment β just after hitting $1M ARR in under 4 months and on track to 10x that within the year.
Theyβre building AI tools that supercharge individual creators β helping them produce standout social content at scale.
The product sits at the intersection of AI, video, and real-time collaboration. Early traction has been explosive, and theyβre backed by top-tier angels with ongoing conversations with tier-1 VCs.
They need a Head of Growth to take ownership of the entire growth engine from 0 β scale. If you thrive in high-velocity environments and know how to turn ambition into revenue, this is for you.
What Youβll Do:
β’ Own the full growth funnel: acquisition β activation β retention β monetization
β’ Manage and optimize a 7-figure monthly growth budget across paid, referral, and lifecycle channels
β’ Scale performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
β’ Build and execute influencer and affiliate programs
β’ Launch referral and viral loops to supercharge growth
β’ Optimise landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion funnels
β’ Experiment with pricing and positioning for ARPU growth
β’ Work closely with product and engineering to translate insights into growth loops
β’ Build and lead the growth team from the ground up
You Have:
β’ 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing with proven success scaling D2C, eCommerce, or consumer tech brands
β’ Hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
β’ Deep understanding of conversion funnels, landing page optimisation, and lifecycle campaigns
β’ Strong analytical mindset β data-driven decision maker
β’ Experience running referral, affiliate, and influencer campaigns
β’ Founder mindset β you want ownership, speed, and real impact
Nice-to-Have:
β’ Experience with AI-native products or SaaS monetization
β’ Background in copywriting for ads, email, and landing pages
β’ Track record of building growth teams from 0 β 1
