Senior Marketing Assistant
Location: On-site (Brooklyn, NY)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Compensation: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Assistant to oversee and execute critical digital marketing functions, including SEO optimization, front-end website development, Product Listing Ads (PLAs), and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. This role requires a blend of analytical, technical, and creative skills to drive traffic, enhance brand visibility, and optimize ROI across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
• SEO & Web Optimization
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Oversee technical SEO, including site structure, page speed, and mobile responsiveness.
• Front-End Development
• Support website enhancements, landing page creation, and user experience improvements.
• Collaborate with developers to maintain site functionality and integrate marketing tools.
• Ensure seamless execution of A/B testing and conversion tracking.
• PLAs & PPC Campaigns
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Shopping/Product Listing Ads to maximize visibility and conversions.
• Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, etc.), focusing on budget efficiency and ROI.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, and digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Shopping, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or Odoo).
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
