Role description
About the Role Savage Ventures is looking for a full-stack growth marketer to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue across our portfolio of businesses — including MyDrHank (telehealth), ecommerce brands, membership communities, affiliate-driven media, and direct-response offers. You’ll be joining a lean, high-performance team where speed, experimentation, and ownership are the default. Your work will span paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, landing page optimization, affiliate growth, and content-driven funnels. We move fast, we test constantly, and we double down on what works. This is not a “wait for the playbook” role — you’ll create the path, run the experiments, and scale the winners. What You'll Do • Launch & Scale Paid Campaigns: Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, affiliates, and any channel worth testing. • Full-Funnel Ownership: From first click to purchase to repeat customer — optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV across brands. • Affiliate & Partnerships: Grow performance-driven partnerships and integrate affiliate offers into content and newsletters. • Creative Testing at Scale: Use AI + direct response principles to rapidly produce and test ad creatives; deploy winners across channels. • Landing Page & CRO: Build and A/B test high-converting landing pages and funnels; iterate weekly. • Email & SMS: Create and optimize automations, newsletters, and lifecycle flows that drive engagement and revenue. • Data-Driven Optimization: Track performance, analyze trends, and make decisions based on metrics — not hunches. • Portfolio Collaboration: Share winning campaigns, tactics, and learnings across Savage Ventures’ diverse set of businesses. Requirements & Skills • Experience: 2–3 years in growth, performance marketing, or demand gen — agency, entrepreneurial or in-house. • Full-Stack Growth Expertise: Paid ads, CRO, lifecycle marketing, affiliate growth, partnerships, and content-driven acquisition. • Experimentation Mindset: Define hypotheses, test rapidly, and iterate relentlessly based on data. • Bias for Action: You move fast, get things live in days (not weeks), and figure things out without micromanagement. • Analytical but Scrappy: Comfortable in dashboards and pivot tables, but also in Figma and ChatGPT prompts. • AI-Savvy: Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or other AI-powered creative accelerators. • Startup DNA: Thrive in ambiguity, own your outcomes, and adapt quickly when the market shifts.
