Having helped over 30,000 users in the last few years, our small but mighty team is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, who can unlock the next stage of growth for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel.
About the role
As Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Search & Paid Social), youβll own and optimize our paid media campaigns across Google (Paid Search and Shopping) and Meta (Paid Social). Reporting to Head of Marketing and DTC and working with an external Creative Director, this part-time, contract role will be responsible for managing campaign strategy, execution, budget allocation, performance tracking, and continuous optimization. Down the road, the role may expand to include some paid media campaigns to support the B2B channel, but for the foreseeable future, this will be a consumer-focused role.

Your responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns to scale profitably
Develop and implement creative testing strategies for the paid social channel, monitor performance, and provide on-the-ground analyses of creative performance to inform creative iteration and testing
Own audience targeting strategies and bidding tactics
Identify opportunities within paid channels
Budget Management
Allocate advertising budgets across search and social channels, continuously adjusting to maximize ROAS
Performance Optimization
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
Develop hypotheses, propose and execute testing for creatives, audiences, ad copy, image assets and landing pages
Reporting & Insights
Provide weekly performance reports with learnings, the βso whatβ and actionable recommendations
What youβll bring to the role
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid search/shopping (Google) and paid social (Meta), with a combined budget of at least $50K/month
Experience scaling paid media channels for DTC ecommerce brands, while maintaining or improving profitability
Experience working with ecommerce brands with premium pricing, with AOV above $200 a plus
Experience working in industries with retargeting restrictions a huge plus
Availability requirements
Weβll set 1-2 core hours Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm ET. The rest of the weekly hours are flexible. Given the 24/7 nature of ecommerce, occasional weekend work may be necessary for maximum campaign performance.
