Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
The team manages a broad spectrum of scaled communications channels to reach AdSense, AdManager and AdMob publishers, developers, and media buyers.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of acquisitions, lifecycle, and growth marketing specialists to acquire, onboard, and grow Sellside business generation partners at scale. You will own global scaled marketing strategy and goals across our partner business generation products. You will uncover ways to help our partners grow their business and help the team deliver high impact campaigns. You will drive process efficiencies and testing plans to maximize program performance and will continuously look for ways to innovate and improve reach, quality and impact of our campaigns. You will be focused on growing new and existing publishers through both verified marketing strategies testing initiatives. You will collaborate with marketing, business, product, and legal to drive performance marketing strategies, deliver valuable customer insights, and leverage data to inform growth marketing decisions.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$254,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
• Develop growth marketing strategies and align with broader Sellside goals to design, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, in-console, webinar, etc.) across the entire customer journey, from acquisition to growth.
• Drive product adoptions to increase customer growth and lifetime value and reduce churn by identifying key touchpoints through data-motivated insights to goal right user with right message on right surface.
• Analyze performance and optimize campaigns and monitor, report the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing initiatives, using data to identify trends, deliver insights.
• Collaborate across Product Marketing, Product, Legal, and Business teams to activate Google front-line teams with tools, training, and materials to engage agencies and buyers on publisher direct deals.
• Manage and develop a team of marketers and marketing analysts and support in the creation of new content, experiments, and process improvements across multi channel campaigns.
